Michael Glassman
Owner
Michael Glassman graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1980 and became licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court and founded the firm Michael J. Glassman & Associates in 1994. He has practiced in most areas of injury law and is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has been named a New Jersey “Super Lawyer.” He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100” for New Jersey.

Michael has personally handled numerous high-value and complex cases. He has also served as a court-designated arbitrator in both state and federal courts. He considers his best qualities to be the kindness and understanding with which he treats his clients.

Andrew A. Wenker
Associate
Andrew A. Wenker is a dedicated personal injury attorney with over a decade of experience advocating for injured clients across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A South Jersey native, Andrew graduated from Sterling High School in Lindenwold, NJ, and earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Eastern University. After college, he worked briefly in social services, where he discovered his passion for helping others in times of need—an experience that ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in personal injury law.
Andrew went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, graduating with honors and serving as a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. Since 2010, he has focused exclusively on personal injury law, securing numerous successful trial verdicts and settlements, and recovering millions of dollars for his clients. He is a 2020 recipient of the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys’ “Top 10 Under Age 40” award, recognizing his excellence and commitment to client advocacy.*

Andrew is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. He is also an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Camden County Bar Association.
Outside the courtroom, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, visiting national parks, hiking, golfing, and skiing. He is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and rarely misses a game. In addition, he has volunteered as a board member for a nonprofit organization, continuing his commitment to serving others beyond the legal profession.

Jonathan R. Ivans
Associate
Jonathan R. Ivans graduated with honors from John F. Kennedy High School in Willingboro, New Jersey, in 1983. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University, graduating cum laude in 1987. While at West Chester, Mr. Ivans was a member of Pi Gamma Mu, an international honor society for students in the social sciences. He went on to attend Widener University School of Law, graduating in 1990.
After law school, Mr. Ivans clerked for the Honorable Paul R. Porreca, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division in Camden County, and the Honorable Leon A. Wingate, who also served in the Criminal Division in Camden County.
Since 1993, Mr. Ivans has continuously practiced in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. He has tried numerous personal injury cases in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Ocean Counties, and also practices in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Ivans is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the federal court.

Mr. Ivans resides with his wife in Gloucester County, New Jersey. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. When not with family, he enjoys woodworking.

Dr. Joseph Ramzy
Medical Consultant and Paralegal
Dr. Joseph Ramzy is a certified paralegal and medical consultant with the law firm of Michael Glassman & Associates. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and went on to receive his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Following a surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology at the University of Texas Houston, Dr. Ramzy completed a fellowship in head and neck cancer surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York. He then enjoyed a highly rewarding career in private otolaryngology practice in Wilmington, Delaware, for over twenty years.
After retiring from medical practice, Dr. Ramzy chose to pursue training in the legal field. He attended the University of Delaware and obtained certification in Paralegal Studies. In 2018, he joined Michael Glassman & Associates, focusing on serving as a medical consultant analyzing complex medical malpractice cases. He also enjoys collaborating with attorneys as a paralegal on personal injury cases at all stages, from pre-litigation through trial.

Outside of work, Dr. Ramzy enjoys playing the cello and piano, attending performing arts events, and studying languages. He is fluent in English and French and has conversational ability in Spanish.
