Background:
Dave Lubin, a native of Ocean County, has been a resident of Voorhees since 1987. He brings more than 20 years of representing victims in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to our practice.

Dave began his professional career with legislative training at the American Bar Association Governmental Relations Office, in Washington, DC. For the ABA, among other things, Dave attended and reported on Congressional hearings, mark-up sessions, and a national political convention.

Dave then served as judicial clerk with the Honorable I. Raymond Kremer, in Philadelphia, PA, where he was the chief administrator of a high volume civil litigation docket as well as occasional violation of probation and parole hearings. During his limited spare time, Dave also accepted court-appointed criminal cases including a satisfactory disposition of a first degree murder charge.

Thereafter, Dave has helped prepare significant cases for trial and appellate argument during affiliations with litigation firms in the Delaware Valley.

In 2004, Dave was appointed as Bioethics Policy Center Liaison for a very progressive social policy action network (see www.JSPAN.org). His responsibilities for JSPAN have included a compilation on Stem Cell Research Legislation, and other pieces incorporated into on-line newsletters, as well as an analysis of proposed legislation to outlaw genetic discrimination by employers and insurers.
